He is not commited to running even when he should. He wasted DJ and then trades for OD. He is trying to be the puppet master and it often takes away from our potential. He has worn out Woods with the Joker play calling that has him putting a lot wear and punishment of His bodyand now he is gone. Tutu gone Harris Gone and bareley found use for them.
Its up to him to fix his mess. This team is not a championship caliber team because they can"t perform under the big lights so far. Not consistent enough.
