Javian Hawkins seems like a good guy to try out at that position. He seems like the player who has the most wiggle.

Hawkins has never returned punts in college and only returned 4 kickoffs. Not much experience as Koski & Powell have far more experience with Powell even having experience at the NFL Level.

Just watch Hawkins and let me know if you think the same way. He has some serious wiggle and speed. He is what are practice squad rb so why not.
