I have also seen where OBJ gets $500,000 if the Rams win the Super Bowl but I haven't seen how he earns the rest of that $3M.

It does say they are team based incentives so they are probably things like number of wins, making the playoffs, clinching home field, and then for each win in the playoffs.

Since the reports specifically say 'team based incentives' it probably doesn't matter how many catches, yards, or TDs OBJ ends up with.
