As great as Bruce, Holt and Faulk were, a lot of teams had 1 or 2 very good CBs. But no one really had 3rd and 4th CBs that could matchup with Hakim and Proehl consistently.
I understand why the Rams let Hakim go in 2002. But the massive downgrade from him to Terrance Wilkins was one of the big reasons the GSOT faded that season.
