I think most agree that Stafford has been excellent this year. But I suspect I speak for many who are concerned about how he reacted under pressure. He hasn't seen a lot of pressure this year, but against the Titans, he looked very uncomfortable and made a number of bad decisions in the pocket -- taking sacks when he had open receivers underneath, throwing a pick to a covered receiver and that really boneheaded play in the EZ. And that's the kind of pressure he's likely to face in the playoffs. I have nagging concerns that this has played a part in Stafford's poor record against good teams and that it could rear its ugly head in crucial moments in the playoffs. But, we shall see.
Thing is, that boneheaded INT where he flung it to avoid a sack looked an awful lot like the one he threw against Seattle(?) where he flung it to avoid a sack and it was picked in the end zone.
You'd like to think a guy would learn from his mistake.
