A person has a parent who succeeds highly in a career, the kid has the feeling/need to follow in those footsteps.....they have the chance, they may have the ability but they don't have the "it" factor, the real drive or fire to follow in those steps.....I've known people who go into what "Pops" does only to get approval, but has no real want inside to follow through....Maybe this is one of those times?
He's had enough time to show out or at least show up and not have the answers needed to succeed....I've seen neither with him. Time to move on IMO......
