You may be onto something there. But also I don't want to take away from Tennessee. Truth is that any QB can face a buzzsaw of a defense on a given day and get their rear end kicked. Even the great ones suffer those games. Difference with the great ones is for that to happen they need a lot of things to go wrong and tbh a lot was going wrong in that game from protections to DBs sitting on route combos.
9 is still the guy the team expects to adjust and overcome though. So when your QB goes from an auto 113 QB rating to a terrible outing it's a gut punch for a team like ours. This is why they need to get that run game rolling. It was there.
