but teams that can rush and force turnovers
can make McVay into McMartz and he panics
and goes pass-happy

he loses patience to some degree

also, 100% of his plays being in 11 personnel cannot be good---
not a sinlge play from 12 personnel? I guess
he does not trust having 2 TE on field at same time
