I have seen you post this information in several different threads and you are 100% correct.

I looked it up the first time I saw you post it and every hit I found essentially said the same thing: "After the trade deadline (until the start of the next league year in March), all players – whether a vested veteran or a non-vested veteran – are “waived” and subject to the waiver process."
