Just plain bad scouting tutu looked good at Louisville because he could outrun everyone. He didn't look like a polished player his routes looked pedestrian and you could totally see a player that heavily relied on his straightline speed.
His lateral quickness is nowhere near his straightline speed. To me that is his biggest flaw is that he has to outrun everyone instead of being able to create his own space with lateral quickness. He won't be able to challenge contested catches because he doesn't have a physicality to his game. This pick had just about every red flag and rams completely ignored it. I think mcvay chose him just to do 3rd and 17 wr screens and fake jet sweeps.
