The Rams currently have just over $5.4M in cap space, more than 19 other teams. [overthecap.com]

When they trade Jackson they'll have over $6.9M in cap space.

And they can create even more cap space if they so desire.

I don't have a crystal ball so I don't know if they will make a move. But they have *plenty* of cap space to do something if they want to.
