With Texans trading Mark Ingram do Texans start Tyrod?

Getting rid of a producing Ingram, shows Houston is going full rebuild then why would they start and not trade Tyrod, because they don't seem to want to win right now. Will they even play Brandon Cooks, because why risk an injury to a player you will want to trade Tuesday?
