Howard is really an unknown
A player like a Myles Jack is say a 7 or so maybe 7+
I mean these are top of the head kind of things
Bobby Wagner as his peak, a 9+
Ray Lewis let's say a 10
So, maybe they THINK Jones can be a 6 or a 6+, like that
