Listening to the 11 Personnel podcast this morning it doesn't sound like they plan on replacing him with a trade either....This one is very bizarre if this was strictly just to save a few bucks considering how thin we are at ILB
If it was to get Jones more playing time, they could have done that and kept Young just incase Jones doesn't quite pan out
I agree it was a headscratcher that the Rams so easily ponded Kenny Young off to the Broncos.
Young was expendable according the Rams brass.
He had some splash plays and appeared to be our most consistent LB before he was traded.
There is more to this than meets the eye.
McVay and company cashed their chips on him for reason.
The Rams are hiding something about this trade.
They are saying it was simply a financial move.
