Sometimes you just have to take a hunch and role the dice.
I think the Rams see a future top flight CB in Rochelle and feel that the only thing that will hold him back is to not play.

The Rams need to keep building, keep getting better week by week, even if it means it's uneven. The goal is December and January wins.

The thing is, Williams will be back before the Rams start facing tough opponents again. They should have enough to win as is.

Lot's of reps with Rochelle, Burgess, and others in Williams absence will only help as the weeks roll on.
