My first Rams/Eagles game in Philly was December 1983. By the looks of it, I thought Dickerson had about 50 yards. When I read the boxscore the next day I was amazed he had over 100. Eagles 13- Rams 9 (3 Lansford FGs).

I was in Philly for Vermeil's first game back in 1998, a Thursday night game between the 2-10 Eagles and the 3-9 Rams. Sat in the 700 level (with a Miami fan who borrowed a Rams jersey off me). Made it out alive. Of course there wasn't much to cheer about or talk smack. Wouldn't advise it anyway. Eagles 17 Rams 14.

Used to go on bus trips there (from a Jersey bar) 4 or 5 times a year back in the early 80's and saw all sorts of nasty violence. I mean really nasty.

Went to opening day 2008 at the Linc wearing a Kevin Curtis jersey. Took a little crap early but by halftime the Eagle fans felt so sorry for me they left me alone! Eagles 38 - Rams 3

I'm 0-3 in Philly. I witnessed 1 Rams TD in those 3 games and 6 FGs. They were 1-2 when I went to the ED. Guess I won't be invited to SOFI by anybody!!!
