Sadly, no. Goff was playing so terribly that a debilitated hand made little difference in how he played on the field. That's why McVay got rid of him.
Stafford is recently struggling to complete passes that he was dropping dimes on the first couple of weeks.
Why can't you just have a conversation, anyway? Why the hyperbole? No one said the world is falling apart but it's pretty clear that Stafford is more limited than he was. The past two weeks he has struggled to get the ball downfield and missed on most of his deep shots. One of the exceptions being yet another heavily underthrown ball that Jackson came back to complete. His grip is not 100% right now.
