Rams open as 7.5-point road favorites vs. Giants in Week 6

The Rams got back on track against the Seahawks on Thursday night after getting blown out by the Cardinals in Week 4, avoiding what would’ve been their second straight loss. They beat Seattle 26-17 on the road, improving their record to 4-1 and sending the Seahawks down to 2-3.

After 10 days of rest, the Rams will be back in action next Sunday against the Giants, another road game with an early 1 p.m. ET kickoff. With a mini-bye week, the Rams should be fresh and prepared for Daniel Jones and the Giants.


Looking ahead to that game, the Rams are heavily favored over the Giants. According to Tipico Sportsbook, the Rams are 7.5-point road favorites against New York next weekend. That, of course, is before the Giants take the field against the Cowboys on Sunday afternoon. If they beat Dallas and look good, the line could shift in the Giants’ favor a bit.

The over/under is set at 50.5 points, which is surprisingly high considering the Giants offense ranks 21st in points scored this season.

The Giants gave the Rams a run for their money last season, only losing 17-9 on the road after the Rams were 13.5-point favorites in that one. Although the Rams are 2-1 in their last three games against the Giants, New York is 7-3 in the last 10 against the Rams.
