The Rams have the ball around midfield early in the 2nd quarter in a scoreless game and have a 3rd and 5. The Rams get called for a delay of game...not sure why Sean didn't call a timeout there, but THEN on the ensuing 3rd and 10, they immediately run a delay to Henderson, which was probably the first run that the offense had attempted in the previous 9-10 offensive plays. It almost seemed like the Rams were playing for a punt. Can anyone make sense of this sequence?
