I'm not a Morris fan at this point and agree he was given the keys to a great defense, but resume? He's coached defenses and defensive positions around the league for years. What was Staley's resume? DC at John Carrol Universtiy?

Because there's a difference between being an unknown and unproven and a history of mediocrity. Morris has had plenty of opportunities and never done much with them.
