That's definitely the bottom line. There has been a lot of minutia and semantics being thrown at the Morris conversation but at the end of the day, he inherited a #1 defense with few changes in personnel and has, at the very least, neutered it.
He doesn't have the resume', he isn't maximizing or even maintaining what the Rams already had in place and he seems perfectly willing to ostracize his own players. I assumed McVay and Snead knew what they were doing and who they were getting but this looks like a bad choice already.
