I suffer a bit of that malady myself. Remember Incognito? That's rhetorical, of course you do.

One thing I could never tolerate both as a coach and as a fan were stupid penalties. Penalties that crippled our team's chance for a victory. My reaction? Using Incognito as an example - the impulsive side of me would have not merely been pulling Incognito instantly after any of his bonehead penalties but I would havedropped him from the team, quite visibly and vocally, (regardless of his talent), and then made crippling his career with ANY team a priority. That vindictive enough for you?

Most of the time I would cool down, although I never did regarding Incognito. - JamesJM
