It's uncomfortable for me to post about because it wreaks of 'excuse making'.... but some of his passes yesterday are difficult, (for me anyway), to explain outside of some type of malady.
One, two... that happens.... and I didn't count, (for too emotionally distraught for that), but it seemed like several of his passes went wildly awry. On the other hand.. a couple (again, I didn't count) were dang near precision perfect.
Most of what happened yesterday confuses the heck out of me. Many have said Arizona is just that much better than the Rams. Perhaps. But even if so it seemed to me several plays, both O and D, were self-inflicted screw-ups that Az. cannot be credited for. Again from some other posts I made... Az. kicked our butt... I'm not at all saying they didn't earn the win, in fact the 'rout'.
Another factor rarely mentioned is that a much improved Arizona team was obviously tired of getting their butts handed to them by the Rams and they played like it.
