By my own definitions: not alll speed guys take the top of a defense: unfortunately Donnie Avery, Kevin Curtis, Hayward Bey to me are examples of speed guys. They are all fast but do not strike fear in a defenses.
Take the top off defense guy: Desean Jackson, Cliff Branch, Tyreek Hill, Harold Jackson, Bob Hayes, Brandon Cooks, Moss have to be accounted for at all times and the defense makes adjustments o where ever they line up.
Tutu has a slight build, and his hands seem ok. he needs to strike fear in defenses so they have to game plan for him. I like the fact he is returning kicks and punts, and teams are trying not to kick it to him which is a great sign. Fingers crossed.
