On my recent road trip my oldest grandson accompanied me... he played DII Ball as a WR. During our trip we talked a lot of football because I have two other grandsons still playing... so to my point:
He might as well have been speaking Hebrew to me. The intricacy of what they plan and then execute IS rocket science. Actually, I think.. harder... astrophysics I can get a grasp on.... some of the @#$# he was explaining to me I couldn't figure out at all. They consider everything imaginable when lining up.. to include the position of the DB's feet.
With the game as sophisticated as it is these days I can see how some VERY intelligent in all the intricacies of the position, ala Wood, Kupp, Jefferson... I can see how a WR gifted in that way can pull off what doesn't seem possible... ala Largent. - JamesJM
