I agree that Colts' RB Jonathan Taylor is the main guy to stop Sunday.
On traveling East, while Indy is just a 4-hour flight from LA they are on Eastern Time. If I were the Rams I'd travel Friday evening after practice and have all day Saturday there to adjust, hold a walkthrough there, etc.
