the Raiders have already went to vaccinated ONLY and place was full.... Seattle has also gone to vaccine or test mandate....no refunds to those who didn't want the shot or want to test

It simply putting up safeguards to slow the spread of a delay disease... Fans can simply get vaccinated or take a test. Not that hard

I'm actually surprised they haven't already done this

California is already like 70% vaccination rate anyway, so it won't be an issue here
