It simply putting up safeguards to slow the spread of a delay disease... Fans can simply get vaccinated or take a test. Not that hard

No surprise here. I suspect that they were just laying low until the California recall election was over and done with.
With several weeks before the Lions game, SoFi Stadium should be able to come up with an effective plan (the Raiders are using some type of phone app for verification along with an "alternate screening" system). And if a season ticket holder wants a refund...I'm sure that Stan can cover that with some loose "change" under his sofa cushion.
I just wish, though, that if they have an effective system in place, that they would reconsider the mask requirement. If there was gaming of the system in Vegas...we should know about it in a couple of weeks.
