Unless the Rams and Chargers want to be refunding a few mil for season ticket holders that tell them to shove it, I suspect that while there will be plenty of signs hung up and lots of good words about enforcing the rules, that actual enforcement is going to be rather lax.

I get it. But sometimes what looks great on paper doesn't work out so well in practice.
