And I did that myself... Tutu does not 'appear' fast to me. However, I do not doubt that he is... too many knowledgeable people in the know who readily agree that he IS fast... I accept that.

So for those who recently doubted his speed, (that's fair, not saying it isn't), does the overwhelming agreement among coaches and media that he's a speed burner make you question your personal perception?
