Just wondering out loud about Hekker's status

The Rams cut just 4 players to get to the 80 man roster limit, because they had Johnny Hekker on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Since he remains on that list today, it is possible that the Rams needn't cut either punter, and won't need to do so until Hekker is ready to return to the active roster.

I think that is how the active roster rules work. As long as Johnny Hekker is on the reserve/COVID-19 list, the Rams do not need to do anything with the punter situation.
