Stafford at QB will be able to maximize Atwell’s potential.
Hitting him early when he first comes open underneath, hitting him deep in stride when open, etc…
Stafford is light years ahead of Perkins on points like those and I suspect that Atwell could be a nightmare when Stafford is pulling the trigger. Just like all of our other WR’s for that matter.
