Yes, practice was way cleaner and sharper today - until the absolute very end. It ended 8 plays early when special teams drills overheated before final team period, so about a 6-minute period. Lots of football to see prior. Thanks as always for reading the folks on the ground.

David Long had some soreness today, per McVay, but says nothing to be concerned about.

Sean McVay said he didn’t see what happened but is glad that nobody got hurt. Cut practice early (he confirmed before last team period).

Jalen Ramsey’s reaction to some of the comments about him he saw trending on social media after yesterday’s practice - including his efforts to set the record straight and adds no disrespect to Renfrow, who he says is a good player:

Alright so what we know for certain about training camp is that the big moments ultimately matter way less than the small details, esp. in combination w each other. And my gears are turning right now about a few small things, like what was supposed to happen in secondary on that
