Rams have time on their side with Jones

He was never drafted to come in and be some plug-and-play ILB starter. From everything I read he's shown up just fine at this stage. He's 4 weeks into his NFL career and played one preseason game... And with Reeder, Young, Kiser, and Howard they can bring Jones along slowly. He'll start off as a core special teamer and go from there. It's 2022 when they'll really need Jones.
