Their rankings tend to be pretty good overall. At the end of 2020 the Rams were rated 7th overall. I don't usually pay attention to the win totals thing because however their analytics work they will almost never project a team to have more than 12 wins or fewer than 4 even though that obviously happens.
But when you want to see who's actually a top-10 or bottom-10, etc. team in the league if you look across TeamRankings.com, Football Outsiders and Pro Football Reference you get a good general sense for the contenders and pretenders.
