I would add that Evans’ NFL future, if any, is at OT, probably at RT. He is simply not an OG, IMO.
I think we can pencil in Calais as our PR after last night. Pretty impressive debut for him.
Yeah, the shortcomings of those backup interior OL last night were alarming. Looked almost as if they’d never practiced together before. VERY disappointing.
Lawler and Hollins are making me feel a lot more comfortable about our edge situation.
Lewis’ Ram future is becoming increasingly less secure. Final cuts are gonna be even more excruciating this year and Lewis with his knee issues might be a casualty because of so much other healthy talent at other positions that would never clear waivers.
