So Fi will bring a ton of fans out-a good many of whom will be fans for the other teams that happen to live here. It will always be difficult in So Cal to have the stadium crowded with 90 % Ram fans. Lakers are different. Its a small arena-compared to football-and more oriented toward Hollywood and celebrities. Dodgers are different as well. An enormous support for the Dodgers is with the Latin American community and those fans are more likely than not Raider fans. The most popular time for the Rams (i.e. 100, 000 at Coliseum, etc was just after WW 2 before the "melting pot" began to rush in. No Dodgers or Lakers here. Then of course there was a significant period of time when we had NO professional football here and young adults could follow their "home teams" on tv.
So-many things contribute to this. We just have to accept it and continue to support our team even though my neighbor may be a Niner fan and the family across the street are fans of either the Chargers, Saints, or Seahawks.
Blame it on the beautiful weather and the bikinis here.
