I see nothing wrong with him in the backup position. Great leader can handle the spot how a backup needs to handle it. Played in a big game and did what he needed to to have a hand in the win.....didn't win it, but did what he needed to do not to lose it....keeps his head down (no pun intended) and works and the players respect him.
