When I was about 20 years old and in the USAF, I had a guy who was a Strength and Nutrition guy TRY to put weight on me. I was eating 4-5 meals a day, working out heavily, drinking Weight Gainer shakes till I almost literally puked. I could eat a medium Dominos pizza by myself, burp and go right to bed. Did that for about 4-5 months and gained THREE pounds. I did gain strength. I really increased my bench press. I simply could not gain weight. Some people cannot without juicing. I used to HATE it when I was young but not gaining weight till I was well into my 40s was REALLY loved!
