Big egos.

The same thing is happening in GB between Aaron Rogers and GM Gutekunst. Giant egos battling it out. Problem is, GMs are more replaceable that 1st ballot HOF QBs.

Jags were dumb as dirt for not seeing that they were battling it out with a future HOF CB and thinking they had more leverage than they did. Weren't that many guys who wanted to play for the Jags anyway. Like Stafford, Ramsey went from Hell to Heaven.
