unheralded position coaches. Before he came on we got IMO absolutely nothing from the position. I really can't put the issues with Everett on his shoulders, Gerald needed to put in more effort at a more consistent basis, a coach can't do that for him. That's something internal to the person. Comes from great coaching stock and IMO that's special.
