GOST was a deep passing offense
deeper routes, WRs spread out
McVay likes tight formations---I think it was Fansided
but maybe someone else, but Rams tightest formations
in NFL for 3-4 years running, the bunch sets next to
the linemen..then they spread out
GSOT nothing like that
GSOT ran for digs and gos, and the old Chargers
stuff, like with the Fouts offense
McVay, has his roots in the whatever, Walsh offense
not the Coryell offense...
it's more play action, then take your shots, more
run after catch tpye of plays,
and then no one compares to Faulk
And Ike, Holt were again, just different, getting deeper
different route combinations
Coop, Woods, good, but don';t see them getting in HOF
ever---
so, while this offense can be special--CAN be
it's hard to compare...lots of differences
