This is a team sport and it sounds good but individual acheivements and awards has the HOF as the ultimate. The Rings are a team thing and so there is that. Better teams have earned those rings without those great players. Happens all the time so that is why there is always debate of an all great player acrually yields to championships and thus worthy of the huge paydays.
