maybe even as high as 7-8, but top 3 no. IMO the schedule we are playing is tough with a lot of offenses to deal with in different manners...from the passers to the more mobile. Add to that the young pups having to come in in spots and rotations.....a new D leader as well.....
IMO a top 3 is too high to expect, nice goal for them to shoot for though, never ever hurts to swing for the fences..offset the slight drop in the D rank with a 4-5 step up (in ranking) improvement on the other side of the ball and similar improvement on ST will do us just fine..that will put us in better shape to have a good win total going into the PO's and beyond.
