don't expect much from the rookies in year 1

The predictions of how rookies will perform and at what capacity they will contribute on June 16th is simply silly guessing.

If these predictions were made after training camp and preseason they would have more validity.

The new cars on the track always look better until the real races happen.


There is always tons of hype this time of year for all of the NFL teams free agent signings and NFL rookies.

This cycle has been going on for years before I became a fan.

It will continue after this season and the year after that.

Same old offseason excitement and posts by NFL fans that have a gut feeling before the pads go on.

One or two predictions sometimes come true but it's still the same old hype prior to training camp.
