I don’t think McVay is trying to ‘take credit’ for anything.

I do think he made a brilliant hire in Staley and so far his Morris hire is looking good.

I further think that he recognized the O shortcomings and orchestrated bold moves to correct them via QB, C, 2 new speedy WR’s, a new ST coordinator hire and massive infusion of ST type players in draft. Rams might have gotten REAL lucky with the Harris pick in the process.
