won't work, you need the type players that make that O work. The packers do, they have the mix of WR's and a stable of backs that can run the system and the blocking as well. Not so sure the hawks have the backs needed. I think we have a heads up since our D plays against that O every day, and it seems that up till now AD has a spell over RW.
All that said, the hawks are always an issue to deal with. They get our style O when we practice against it on paper sounds good for us. Bringing in Matthew ups our O and brings us a different look at least on paper which also sounds better for us. I think I'd take the real deal (McVay) over one of his underlings (Waldron).....IMO it's a bit different when you're the guy (Waldron...OC) rather then just the apprentice OC.
To be honest I wish they stayed with the guy they had and Waldron had gone outside the division.
