If Josh is what I would hope he is.....

he should be OK about that. IMO he couldn't learn his position from anyone better for the needs Josh wants to fill. He's still relatively young, Jones is on his back end of his career. IMO that's when a real vet a real pro wants to leave his mark by having a younger guy fill his shoes when Julio steps away. Josh handles it right he's that guy.
