LAC and CLEV could make sense

Both have the cap space ($19M+) and both would seemingly be willing to trade a 1st since they're already contenders and would feel like their 1st round pick would be in the mid-20s or later.

PHI and MIA have multiple 1st rounders in 2022 but don't have the cap space.
