I always root for the underdogs so maybe that's a part of it. But the guy is just about the right things IMO. He's not an elite talent and he makes the best of it. Great leader. Great example for the young guys. Just does it the right way, he doesn't get all wrapped up in the ego side and does his best.

I'd like to see him lead Washington to win that division this season. He's a nice fit for the head coach I think. I felt like he was really doing some great things in Miami when they made the move to the kid so I wish him well.
